San Francisco/Bay Area and Sacramento
C&C RiverRock Newmark provides a full range of management, leasing and investment advisor and sales services for both property owners and investors, as well as companies occupying buildings throughout Northern California with 15 strategically located offices, including Emeryville, Hayward, Palo Alto, Pleasanton, Roseville, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Walnut Creek, Oakland, Marin, and Santa Rosa. Our service lines are separated according to product and service type and include office/R&D/flex, industrial, retail, multi-family, investment, client solutions and commercial real estate finance.

Central Valley
We bring expertise within a diverse multi-housing product mix including Age Restricted Housing, Condo Reversions, Distressed Asset Management, Garden Style, High and Mid Rise, Mixed Use, Student and Faculty Housing and more. We offer a highly qualified team, in depth market knowledge and an established presence that provides asset management services including asset valuation, market selection/analysis and due diligence. Among our broad array of service lines we offer in this region, our firm provides an extensive offering of services for distressed assets using a strategic asset / property management approach under our  RiverRock Consulting Group ("RRCG") brand. Our RRCG continues to drive growth, as we invest and expand our presence in this broad region.

San Diego

Our continued success comes from our existing company relationships and comprehensive platform of owner services that provide customized management strategies based on customer service, tenant retention and cost controls to preserve capital and maximize cash flow. We also provide our clients with a results-oriented Real Estate Legal Practice with a specific emphasis on Real Estate Development. Our efforts have allowed clients to effectively evaluate risks, make more well-informed decisions, navigate the turbulent economic environment, procure entitlements and assure compliance with government authorities and entities. When and where necessary, we will intercede, on behalf of our clients, to seek to favorably resolve disputes.

Arizona
Strategically located in Phoenix’s Camelback Corridor, RiverRock manages over 4 million square feet of institutional-quality office, industrial, and retail investments in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our principals have a long history of success in the Arizona marketplace, having built and led the second largest brokerage and property management company in the market, before it was sold in 2003.
